Support Workers – Waking Nights

We are Eden Futures, delivering exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and complex needs.

We are looking for dedicated individuals to support people in their own homes and in the community, helping them live as independently as possible.

  • Role Details
  • Hourly rate: £12.71 (equivalent to an annual salary of £27,758.64 based on a 42‑hour week – pro‑rata for hours worked)
  • £500 bonus available through our refer‑a‑friend scheme (unlimited referrals)
  • We are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
  • Main Responsibilities
  • Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and choices, supporting the development and implementation of care plans.
  • Safeguard and protect users, taking appropriate action to safeguard welfare and prevent abuse.
  • Provide emotional support, maintaining a person‑centred approach.
  • Facilitate participation in social activities, community services, financial management, medication administration and practical tasks around the home; offer personal care, hygiene and healthcare support.
  • Act as an informal point of contact for users’ families and social workers.
  • Accurately report and record any issues related to care and support to monitor health and wellbeing.
  • Comply with Health and Safety regulations and consider the health, safety and welfare of others.
