We are Eden Futures. We deliver exceptional support to people diagnosed with a learning or physical disability, acquired brain injury, autism or a mental illness. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Administrator for a temporary 2-month position, based entirely on-site at our Newark-on-Trent office. This role focuses on data entry tasks, including onboarding and offboarding users, managing permissions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, specifically within our suite of applications such as Zoho and Radar Healthcare. This will be a 2 month long Full Time contract, role working Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours. Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment.
Main Responsibility
- User Account Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory, Office 365/Azure, and Zoho applications, ensuring accurate assignment of permissions and access rights.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate with HR to manage the IT aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up systems for new employees and revoking access as necessary across platforms such as Zoho People and Radar Healthcare.
- Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various IT systems, including Zoho CRM and Radar Healthcare, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of user accounts, permissions, and IT assets, contributing to the creation and updating of IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Technical Support: Provide first-level support to employees, addressing inquiries related to account access and permissions within Zoho applications and other IT systems.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to user access and data security across all platforms.

- Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying issues related to user accounts and permissions and implementing practical solutions.
- Technical Awareness: Experience with user account management in Active Directory, Office 365/Azure, and Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM and Zoho People, or similar CRM systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Basic understanding of IT systems and networks. Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles is advantageous.
- Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role involving data entry and managing user accounts. Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes in an IT or administrative setting.
Please note that our head office is difficult to access using public transport – so applicants must be able to drive and have daily use of a car in order to fill the requirements of the role. Free parking is available onsite.
