Due to an occupational requirement, we are welcoming applications from females in order to increase our female workforce to meet the individual needs of our service users. We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health, and associated complex needs.

We are recruiting Female Specialist Support Workers to join the team across our Supported Living services, supporting individuals in their own homes as well as out in the community, helping them to live as independently as possible.

Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £13.20, equating to an annual salary of £28,828.80 based on a 42 hour working week. The annual salary shown is a per annum equivalent for illustration purposes only and will be pro rata based on hours worked. Once you join us, you’ll also be eligible for a £500 bonus through our refer a friend scheme (unlimited referrals).
