We provide support services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and complex needs. We are recruiting Specialist Support Workers to join our Supported Living services, supporting individuals in their own homes and in the community to live independently. Roles are paid at an hourly rate of £13.75 (equivalent 42‑hour week to an annual salary of £30,030).

Main Responsibilities

  • Support service users to lead an active life in line with their wishes and choices, considering assessed needs and support plans.
  • Support individuals to stay safe and safeguard their welfare from abuse.
  • Provide emotional, person‑centred support when needed.
  • Assist with participation in social activities, managing finances and medication, practical household tasks, personal care, hygiene and health care.
  • Serve as an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
  • Accurately report and record care issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and safeguard others.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Caring and compassionate with a genuine passion for supporting independence.
  • Positive attitude and ability to remain supportive during challenging days.
  • Team‑orientated, willing to use initiative and support colleagues.
  • Minimum 6–12 months of experience in the care sector.
