We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Production Coordinator to assist with plasma nesting. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing fabrication packs, loading dockets, delivery paperwork, and project handover documents.
  • Setting up and maintaining Powerfab tablets; supporting workshop staff with iPad queries.
  • Assigning cast numbers and certificates; ensuring traceability of steel and plates for CE marking.
  • Maintaining delivery trackers; liaising with suppliers for incoming materials.
  • Organising galvanising and other external processing.
  • Generating and managing picking lists; reconciling stock with floor inventory.
  • Setting up and maintaining project folders, directories, and purchase orders.
  • Scanning and filing delivery and loading documents, certs, and welding wire records.
  • Supporting job costing, payroll data collation, and quotation preparation.
  • Handling incoming calls and administrative queries.
