As a Commis Chef you will use your skills and experience to assist in delivering a great dining experience, making sure that the catering at Eden Court is appealing and tasty for our diverse customers. From those just popping in for a casual lunch to couples planning their dream wedding, your contribution will be vital. We are aiming to start off small and simple, focusing on delivering exceptional quality and consistency with a concise, well-executed menu. However, this role offers immense potential to grow and develop the business as we expand our operations and establish Eden Court as a culinary destination.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone beginning their career or with some kitchen experience who wants to develop their skills further in a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll be hands-on with food preparation, assist with compliance routines, and contribute to a high standard of service across all areas.

SALARY £20,982 per annum
HOURS OF WORK 30 hours per week
CONTRACT TYPE Permanent
PENSION Up to 6% Company contribution with The People’s Pension
HOLIDAYS Full time equivalent allowance of 36 days of paid annual leave, inclusive of 8 public holidays. The annual leave allowance increases to 37 days after completing 1 years’ service up to a maximum of 41 days after 5 years’ service. Holiday entitlement will be pro-rated for those working less than 37.5 hours per week.
