Overview
Are you ready to transform the conveyancing industry? Eden is a growing firm investing in new talent to support ongoing expansion. This is a 100% remote role with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional client experience in a supportive and innovative environment.
We are looking for Residential Conveyancers to join our team. If you have at least 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing with minimal day-to-day supervision, we’d love to hear from you.
With 100% remote working, you could be performing a range of duties on any given day.
Responsibilities
- Ownership and responsibility for managing a caseload of mixed residential property cases from instruction through to completion
- Provide cover for colleagues on other cases with direction from Team Leaders
- Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner
- Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
- Provide proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
- Resolve complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a property
- Undertake file audits and reviews
- Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Assist Team Leaders with team development, coaching and mentoring
Requirements
All our teams work to exacting standards, so we’re looking for friendly and diligent residential conveyancers with the following:
- At least 5 years experience in residential conveyancing with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Evidence of up-to-date knowledge and training including AML
- Strong communication skills
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Required: experience and competency in freehold and leasehold sale, purchase and remortgage
- Beneficial: experience and competency in transfer of equity and new build
