We’re looking for a Post Completions Assistant who enjoys making sure everything after completion happens seamlessly, compliantly and at pace.
What You’ll Do
- Assist Property Lawyers with post completion administration
- Prepare, submit and monitor Land Registry applications (including AP1s, OS1s and title updates)
- Manage Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) submissions and confirmations
- Process and track notices, deeds and registrations across all transactions
- Review lender platforms providing post completion updates as required
- Handle post-completion incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain digital and physical file systems in line with regulatory and compliance standards
- Monitor and respond to post-completion queries via email, phone and post
- Ensure post-completion milestones are met and no task falls through the cracks
- Champion best practice and consistency across post-completion workflows
- Support audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the client journey
- Provide support with general admin tasks to other areas of the business on an ad‑hoc basis
- Deliver against administrative and compliance KPIs
Requirements
- Experience in post‑completion or conveyancing administration is helpful, but not essential
- You do not need to be legally qualified – full training and support will be provided
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Warm and personable communication skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work with little supervision
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Keen eye for detail and an ability to prioritise effectively
