Responsibilities
- Partner Acquisition
- Develop and execute plans to identify priority target segment estate agents and mortgage brokers
- Research, prospect and engage new referral partners through phone, email, networking and face-to-face meetings
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Hub Spot CRM
- Represent Eden professionally at industry events and networking opportunities
- Partner Onboarding & Activation
- Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for all new referral partners
- Ensure partners are fully trained on Eden's proposition, quote process and technology
- Deliver activation targets
- Ensure all partner information and contact structures are accurately maintained within Hub Spot
- Monitor onboarding progress and remove barriers to successful activation
- Partner Growth & Engagement
- Own a portfolio of referral partners with responsibility for retention, engagement and growth
- Develop and own partner account plans for key partners, identifying opportunities to increase referral volumes
- Maintain regular contact through telephone, email, virtual meetings and face-to-face visits
- Deliver quarterly business reviews with strategic partners where appropriate
- Monitor and report on partner performance, identify declining activity and implement reactivation plans
- Share best practice and commercial opportunities to maximise referral performance
- Commercial Performance
- Deliver monthly accepted quote and sales value targets from your partner portfolio and overall partner channel
- Maximise partner activation, engagement and referral conversion
- Monitor partner value, conversion performance and referral quality
- Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and its value alongside commercial reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve partner performance through campaigns, promotions and new initiatives
- Work with Head of Sales & Marketing to develop annual and quarterly forecasting
- Produce regular performance reporting with appropriate insights and actions
- Deliver portfolio growth
- Client & Partner Experience
- Recommend and implement initiatives to improve referral channel performance, commercial models and partner proposition
- Act as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact for referral partners
- Ensure partners receive an outstanding experience at every stage of the relationship
- Gather partner feedback and market intelligence to improve Eden's proposition
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Legal teams to continuously improve the partner journey and commercial performance
- Achieve referral partner satisfaction and NPS scores
- Champion the voice of the partner across the business
- Team Leadership & Management
- Manage, coach, motivate, mentor and develop the Partnership Executive, ensuring delivery of individual KPIs, quality standards and partner experience
- Build, develop and train a high-performing team in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Monitor calls and emails to improve quality, minimise errors and track team performance
- Recruit and retain Partnerships Executives to support company growth
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships or account management
- Experience within estate agency, mortgage, conveyancing, legal services or property technology
- Proven experience developing long-term commercial relationships
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding commercial targets
- Experience producing account plans and business reviews
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Demonstrable experience building and leading high-performing Sales teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing pipelines and forecasting using CRM systems (Hub Spot desirable)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills including Excel
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
