We're looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyer to join our team, who enjoys interacting with clients and making sure things are done right.
With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:
- Deputise for the Team Leader
- Ownership and responsibility for managing a complex caseload of residential property cases from instruction through to completion
- Provide cover on other caseloads during absence/ conflict of interests with direction from Team Leader/Head of Legal Practice
- Use the case management system to accurately update case tasks and activities in a timely manner, and assist with its continuous improvement
- Manage deadlines and deal with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
- Providing proactive communication to keep customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
- Undertake and participate in file audits and reviews
- Deliver KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Provide technical advice, mentoring and assistance to junior colleagues
Requirements: All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Residential Property Conveyancer:
- At least 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Evidence of recent CPD enhanced AML training
- Strong communication skills
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Experience and competency in freehold and leasehold sales and purchase, new build, shared ownership/equity, registered/unregistered property
