Whether this is your first sales role or your next step, we will provide full training, ongoing support, the tools you need to succeed, and clear career progression. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, building trust and playing a key role in our growth.
What you will do:
- Conduct engaging sales calls, answering questions and driving quote conversion
- Actively listen to understand client needs and explain the Eden conveyancing process
- Monitor and respond to incoming queries via email or phone
- Manage daily tasks effectively
- Work towards sales targets with full support from your manager
- Keep CRM prospect and quote data accurate and up to date
- Maintain accurate and compliant notes in line with GDPR requirements
- Deliver a high standard of service and response to client queries
- Demonstrate understanding of client needs and preferences
- Follow through on commitments to ensure client satisfaction
- Apply sales techniques to engage clients, achieve call volume and sales conversion targets
- Understand Eden's products, services and value proposition
- Understand when and how to apply discounts
- Assist marketing with marketing activity
- Provide support, cover team members and any general administration tasks on an ad hoc basis
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and client engagement is great, but not essential - we value potential and attitude
- Strong communication skills and a personal approach
- Organised, proactive and comfortable using digital tools (we will train you on our CRM)
- Ability to prioritise effectively and maintain accurate, compliant notes
- A willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
