We are looking for a proactive and driven Account Executive to grow and nurture our network of referral partners, including estate agents and mortgage brokers. You’ll play a key role in acquiring new partners, onboarding them seamlessly, and ensuring Eden delivers a best‑in‑class experience.
Responsibilities
- Research, prospect and engage estate agents and mortgage brokers in priority regions
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners in HubSpot
- Conduct effective sales calls, virtual meetings and occasional in‑person visits
- Negotiate commercial agreements within agreed pricing guidelines
- Deliver fast, frictionless onboarding for new partners, including access, logins, process explanation and referral forms
- Run training sessions for referral partner teams on how and when to refer to Eden
- Capture key partner data and contact structure accurately in the CRM
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility
- Make follow‑up calls to prospective clients who have requested a quote to answer questions and drive quote conversion
- Drive strong and growing partner satisfaction scores through NPS, surveys and repeat referrals
- Maintain regular contact cadence with partners via phone, email and in‑person
- Track partner performance, identify drop‑offs and reactivate quickly
- Provide performance updates including pipeline visibility and quote status
- Proactively identify ways to grow referrals
- Share partner insights back to marketing and the Senior Leadership Team
- Actively grow our portfolio of active referral partners to generate high‑quality accepted quotes to achieve business targets
- Hit monthly accepted quote and revenue targets from the partner base, resulting in highly engaged partners
- Manage partner commissions and incentives accurately
- Monitor conversion rates, quality and partner profitability
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management (property, fintech, legal services or mortgage industry preferred)
- Demonstrable track record of hitting commercial KPIs
- Proven experience building long‑term partner relationships with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised pipeline manager with CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Thrives in a high‑growth, target‑driven, fast‑paced environment
