Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest milestones - yet conveyancing can often feel complicated, slow, and unclear. Eden is changing that - we're building a digital-first experience powered by exceptional people that's simple, clear, and fast. We've got a strong brand, a growing customer base, and a big story to tell. Now we need someone to help us tell it. This is a brand-new role - yours to own and shape from day one. If you're a social and PR exec who wants to build channels rather than just manage them, this is it. You'll define how Eden shows up across social, PR, and influencer - building brand awareness with first-time buyers and trust with the B2B partners who recommend us.
What You'll Do
- Own Eden's social presence end-to-end: planning, creating, scheduling, and measuring content across our key platforms - and growing our audience in the process.
- Create content yourself. We're talking sharp copy, on-brand visuals, and short-form video that stops the scroll.
- Run community management day-to-day. Respond to comments and messages that build a connection with our audiences.
- Develop and run Eden's influencer programme, finding the right partners, managing outreach, and ongoing relationships.
- Lead paid social. Build media plans, define audiences, create assets, monitor performance, continually test and optimise.
- Build and deliver Eden's PR plan. Writing press releases, developing story ideas, landing coverage - making people who should know about Eden, know about Eden.
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with journalists, and respond to media enquiries quickly and professionally to ensure we're front of mind to the people who matter.
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to support campaigns, product launches and brand moments.
Requirements
- Around 3 to 5 years experience across social, PR and content, ideally across both B2C and B2B.
- A strong writer. Clear, concise, and able to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
- Proven experience planning and managing social channels and content calendars.
- Hands-on experience: writing press releases and pitching stories to journalists.
- Experience in influencer marketing - from identifying potential partners to managing them through to successful delivery.
- Comfortable creating your own assets. Graphics, short-form video, and everything in between.
- Highly organised and proactive - you manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
Benefits
- Salary - £28k to £35k (dependent on experience).
- Bonus: up to 17% of base salary based on performance metrics.
- Significant investment in your learning and development.
- Mentoring and structured induction.
- Home working setup.
- Hybrid working.
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Option to buy or sell 5 days of annual leave.
- 3-day company shutdown between Christmas and New Year (reserved from annual leave).
- Private health insurance.
- Group life assurance.
- Wellbeing fund that contributes £25 per month towards an activity that promotes your mental or physical wellbeing.
- Monthly pastoral 1:1 support.
