Do you want to work for a firm that is changing the conveyancing industry? Do you enjoy making sure customers receive an excellent experience? Do you believe that using technology can make things more efficient and effective? We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyer to join our team, who enjoys interacting with customers and making sure things are done right.
With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:
- Owning your own caseload of mixed residential property instructions
- Resolving complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a property
- Using our case management system to keep everything up to date and accurate
- Managing deadlines and dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
- Keeping customers, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
- Assisting with team development, coaching and mentoring
- Focusing on KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we are looking for a friendly and diligent Residential Property Conveyancer:
- At least 2-4 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
- Strong communication skills
- Strong affinity for digital technology
- Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchases registered property, and re-mortgaging work
