A hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, structure and seeing the impact of their work. We’re looking for a Customer Operations Manager to join our growing team at EDEN & CO. This is a practical, people-facing role that combines customer service, day-to-day operations, and admin support. You’ll help keep orders flowing, customers happy, and the business running smoothly - working closely with the team onsite. If you like being organised, solving problems, and bringing calm to busy days, you’ll enjoy this role.
About EDEN & CO. EDEN & CO. is a premium gifting brand creating beautifully curated, plant-based and allergy-inclusive hampers. We work with exceptional independent food and drink producers and care deeply about quality, detail and thoughtful execution. We’re a small, collaborative team where people are trusted, supported, and encouraged to get on with things without micromanagement.
What you’ll be involved in:
- Customer Service & Orders: Owning customer emails and platform messages day to day, resolving delivery queries and courier issues calmly and decisively, handling customer feedback and reviews in line with our tone and values, reducing the need for escalation by resolving issues end-to-end.
- Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordination: Acting as the main link between the office and warehouse team, coordinating daily order flow and dispatch, being hands-on during busy periods and peak season when needed, day-to-day admin to keep operations running smoothly, liaising with suppliers on orders, queries, and delivery coordination, maintaining clear records and documentation, supporting planning and organisation around stock and fulfilment.
- Office & Systems Support: Managing general office admin (rotas, cleaners, waste, pack days, etc.), helping keep internal processes organised and running efficiently, supporting practical projects such as office moves or operational changes.
You won’t be expected to do everything at once - the focus is on being organised, reliable, and willing to get stuck in.
This role could suit you if:
- You enjoy a role with variety and routine.
- You’re naturally organised and detail-focused.
- You stay calm when things don’t go to plan.
- You’re comfortable using systems, spreadsheets and email.
- You like working as part of a small, dynamic, onsite team.
- You want a role where your work actually matters.
Experience in customer service, admin, operations, office support, or an EA-style role is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter just as much.
What you’ll like about working here:
- Clear working hours and expectations.
- A supportive, hands-on team.
- A role with real variety and visible impact.
- Opportunity to grow responsibility over time.
- Saturday cover is short, planned, and shared across the team.
