We’re looking for a Customer Operations Executive to join our growing team at EDEN & CO.

This is a practical, people-facing role that combines customer service, day-to-day operations, and admin support. You’ll help keep orders flowing, customers happy, and the business running smoothly – working closely with the team onsite.

What you’ll be involved inCustomer Service & Orders

  • Responding to customer emails and platform messages
  • Managing delivery queries and courier issues
  • Monitoring and replying to customer reviews

Operations & Stock Support

  • Helping coordinate stock with the warehouse team
  • Supporting order processing and despatch
  • Assisting during busy periods when needed
  • Helping ensure daily courier collections run smoothly

Supplier, Admin & Finance Support

  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Creating and managing purchase orders
  • Reconciling supplier invoices
  • Sending sales invoices (B2B and ad hoc)
  • Tracking basic sales information

Office & Systems Support

  • Supporting basic platform updates
  • Helping manage office admin (rotas, cleaners, waste, pack days, etc.)

You won’t be expected to do everything at once – the focus is on being organised, reliable, and willing to get stuck in.

Role details

  • Location: Onsite – Long Ashton (Bristol)
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
  • Salary: £26,000–£30,000 DOE
  • Saturday cover: 1 Saturday every 4 (11:00–13:30), planned with time in lieu
