Major Public Sector Construction Programme | Norfolk Thetford, Norfolk (3 days onsite) £45,000 - £52,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Eden Brown is delighted to be supporting a leading construction and project management consultancy in the search for a Project Manager to join a major public sector delivery programme in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile estate expansion project involving the construction of new facilities alongside the refurbishment and upgrade of existing assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the project from inception through to completion, working within a multi-disciplinary team and engaging closely with client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and support project delivery throughout the full project lifecycle. Develop and manage project plans, programmes and reporting requirements. Ensure projects are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality objectives. Coordinate consultants, contractors and key stakeholders. Support project governance, assurance and risk management processes. Administer contracts and manage project delivery under NEC forms of contract. Build effective client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout delivery. About You Experience delivering construction, property, estates or infrastructure projects. Strong project management background within consultancy, client-side or contractor environments. Previous public sector project experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of NEC contracts and contract administration. Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills. Able to work as part of a large, multi-disciplinary project team. Understanding of sustainability and carbon reduction considerations within project delivery.
