We are working in partnership with an industry leading global real estate consultancy to help secure a WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) at a senior level. The candidate is expected to have deep expertise in the WELL Building Standard (WELL v2) and play a key role in integrating health and well-being strategies into building projects.
Here are some key responsibilities and requirements:
- WELL Certification Leadership: Lead projects through the WELL certification process, ensuring compliance with WELL v2 requirements.
- Strategic Implementation: Develop and implement health and wellness strategies for buildings, communities, and organizations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, designers, and contractors to integrate WELL principles.
- Performance Verification: Ensure project documentation and on-site testing meet WELL certification requirements.
- Regulatory & Industry Alignment: Stay updated on WELL updates, align projects with sustainability standards (LEED, Fitwel, etc.), and advise clients accordingly.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Deep Knowledge of WELL Standards: Strong expertise in WELL concepts (Air, Water, Nourishment, Light, Movement, Thermal Comfort, Sound, Materials, Mind, Community, Innovation).
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple WELL-certified projects at various stages.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to assess indoor environmental quality, biophilic design, and wellness-focused building strategies.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior WELL APs and educate teams on WELL best practices.
- Communication & Advocacy: Ability to present WELL benefits to clients and stakeholders, driving the business case for health-focused buildings.
Qualifications & Additional Expectations:
- WELL AP Credential (mandatory).
- Experience with Green Building Certifications (LEED, BREEAM, Fitwel, etc.).
- Background in Architecture, Engineering, Sustainability, or Public Health (preferred).
