Role Overview

You will work across digital, print, motion, and UX design, producing visually engaging and user‑friendly content that aligns with the company's identity and enhances the client experience. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, creativity, and cross‑team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Graphic Design
    • Create graphics, layouts, infographics, and visual assets for RFP responses, credentials, and project documents.
    • Produce both static and animated content depending on presentation needs.
  • Motion Design
    • Transform static content into dynamic visuals using animation, video, and interactive elements.
    • Use Adobe Creative Suite and other animation/web tools to elevate presentations.
  • UX Design
    • Ensure digital products are intuitive, accessible, and user‑friendly.
    • Contribute to the structure, flow, and usability of interactive content.
  • Print-Based Graphic Design
    • Design artwork for printed materials including brochures, posters, boards, books, and flyers.
    • Produce large‑format graphics such as wayfinding, manifestations, hoardings, and environmental branding.
    • Work within budgets and liaise with external print vendors to ensure high‑quality production.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in graphic, motion, or UX design within a professional environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, motion design tools, web design platforms, and UX tools.
  • Creative, innovative mindset with the ability to push boundaries.
  • Excellent attention to detail in both design and written content.
