Are you a dedicated Qualified Social Worker with experience in supporting children in care? Join the Pathways through Care Team in Southampton and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people., Support Children in Care (up to 18 years old) living in fostering, residential, or semi-independent homes.

Facilitate safe family reunification where assessed as appropriate.

Conduct statutory visits and fulfill statutory responsibilities for looked-after children.

Work collaboratively with carers, families, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children.

Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and provide high-quality support.

Must be a Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.

In-depth understanding of the looked-after children process and statutory requirements.

Ability to travel throughout the UK for visits to children.

Willingness to work in Southampton 2-3 times a week and engage in face-to-face collaboration with team members.
