Job Description: The Employee's job role will be varied but will principally involve supporting the Project Director's in the team to secure fast-track commercial office fit-out projects within the Landlord division, and ensure that the due diligence carried out is sufficient to enable the successful delivery of the project whilst maintaining the target margin, programme and quality. The Employee is responsible for ensuring that project profitability targets set at initial sales meetings and within the team are met.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the following key activities:

  • Leadership and oversight of the Pre-Contract Activities within the landlord team
  • Brief Taking
  • Client Credit Check
  • Internal EN form population
  • Strategy Meeting (SM)
  • Design management and review
  • Liaise with the Bid Co-Ordination team
  • Production of programme of works
  • Logistics Plan development
  • Production of a detailed scope of works for each package
  • Manage and co-ordinate sub-contractor surveys
  • Manage and co-ordinate intrusive surveys and validations
  • Measured take off
  • Sub-Contractor Tender analysis
  • Cost Planning
  • Contract amendment review and negotiation
  • Contract particulars review and negotiation
