AMAZING PROJECT
We currently have a top, top job for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work on the refurbishment and extension of an iconic and world-famous 5 hotel in London. Working with an industry-leading studio, and an experienced team, you will have the chance to lead on a very memorable and prestigious scheme, drawing on your significant experience of working on refurbishments in the UK.
The studio is wanting to hire a technologist with the ability/experience to lead on stage 5 delivery. They’re looking for solid experience in conducting meetings onsite, and coordinating sub-contractors onsite and remotely. Client interface and success at delivering to program deadlines is important here. The scope of works is impressive and will include penthouse suites, F&B areas, interior and exterior packages. You’ll also require strong AutoCAD skills with proven ability in producing Stage 5 construction drawing packs to include plans, elevations, RCP’s, setting out, details and more. Previous hospitality/hotels experience would be a significant plus.
Beyond the project, the studio is well-regarded as a top employer. This will be long-term contract work, eligible to be worked outside of IR35 (you can use a Limited Company) and on a hybrid basis (Tue-Thu in office, Mon/Fri work from home).
