Our client a Large Local Authority have a requirement for x2 Customer Services – One Stop Shop Revenue & Benefits Customer Care Officer.

The Role :

Helping residents with all aspects of Revenues and Benefits enquiries.

Hourly rates : PAYE 21.60 , LTD 28.56

Resolving any queries at first point of contact where possible and liaising with our Revenues and Benefits team when necessary.

Essential requirements
Office based role at Kingswood
Monday – Friday 8:30 – 4:30
Competent in using iWorld/NEC
Front facing customer service experience
At least 2 years Revenues and Benefits experience within a local authority
