Role: My client is a specialist interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality commercial, education, healthcare and workplace projects across the South West and beyond.
Known for our collaborative approach, attention to detail and commitment to excellence, we are continuing to grow and are now looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Somerset.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects and wants the flexibility of a genuine hybrid working arrangement.
The
Role: As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing the commercial performance of projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Working closely with the Operations and Delivery teams, you will ensure projects are delivered profitably whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
The position offers a highly flexible working pattern, with four days per week working from home and one day in the Somerset office, along with occasional site visits as required.
