The Role: We are seeking two Preconstruction Managers to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional projects for our clients. This is an opportunity to join a forward‑thinking team that values creativity, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead preconstruction activities from initial client engagement through to project handover.
  • Develop and manage tender strategies, cost plans, and risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with design, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Drive value engineering and innovative approaches to meet project objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Background: Ideally from a Design & Build environment, with experience in commercial office fit‑out required, but we will also consider exceptional Quantity Surveyors with strong commercial acumen and excellent client‑facing skills.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and client‑facing skills are essential. Technical skills can be developed internally, but interpersonal excellence is non‑negotiable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with a passion for delivering quality.
