Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Specialist Practitioner to join the Practice Academy Team at Birmingham Childrens Trust.

As a Specialist Practitioner within the Practice Academy Team, you will play a key role in supporting and developing frontline social work practice across childrens services. You will provide mentoring, guidance, and practice support to Social Workers and ASYEs, helping to promote high standards of safeguarding and positive outcomes for children and families.

Key Skills Required

  • Experience supporting and mentoring Social Workers/ASYEs
  • Strong safeguarding and frontline childrens social care experience
  • Ability to promote best practice and support professional development
  • Excellent communication and multi-agency working skills

Essential Requirements

  • Social Work Qualification - Degree, DipSW, or equivalent
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • Experience within childrens services
