Job Description

Neighbourhood Officer – West London \\n Rate: £26.53 – £28.12 ph (Umbrella)\\n\\nWe're seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Officer to join a busy Housing Association, managing a patch across West London. You'll be responsible for tenancy management, estate inspections, ASB cases, and providing high-quality support to residents.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nManage a defined patch, ensuring tenancies are sustained and issues resolved promptly\\n\\nHandle ASB reports, rent-related queries, and tenancy breaches\\n\\nCarry out estate inspections and ensure health & safety standards\\n\\nWork closely with residents, support services, and internal teams\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nPrevious experience as a Housing / Neighbourhood Officer (essential)\\n\\nStrong knowledge of tenancy legislation and housing procedures\\n\\nExcellent communication and case management skills\\n\\nAbility to work independently and hit the ground running\\n\\nContract: Rolling 3-month assignment, immediate start.\\n\\nEden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
