Job Title: MEP Revit Coordinator Location: London (near Liverpool Street) Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience) A well-established building services contractor is seeking an experienced MEP Revit Coordinator to join their London office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, delivering coordinated mechanical, electrical, and public health services designs to the highest standards. Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed MEP Revit models, ensuring full coordination between disciplines, and liaising closely with project teams, engineers, and site staff. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed 3D Revit models for MEP building services Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve clashes and ensure design integration Support the design team in producing coordinated drawings and schedules Attend coordination meetings and, where required, carry out site visits to verify installation progress Assist in maintaining BIM standards and workflows Requirements: Strong proficiency in Revit MEP Proven experience in MEP coordination within a contracting or consultancy environment Understanding of building services systems and their integration Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Working Arrangements: The role is predominantly office-based (5 days per week) in the London office near Liverpool Street, with occasional site days. There is flexibility for the occasional day working from home.
