We are exclusively partnered with a dynamic and forward-thinking building services design consultancy specialising in MEP and Sustainability, to appoint a Director for their thriving Oxfordshire office.
This is a rare and strategic opportunity to step directly into a board-level position, leading an established regional office from Day 1 and playing a key role in the next phase of the company's growth. Long-term, the role offers the potential to progress to equity partnership via subsidiary shares.
About the Company:
Founded by three former leaders from top MEP Consultancies, this business was born from a shared vision to deliver high-quality, sustainable building services design in a collaborative, innovative environment. In just 3.5 years, the business has grown to encompass two successful offices (London and Oxfordshire), a headcount of over 40, and ambitious plans to double in size by 2030. The Oxfordshire office currently comprises 24 professionals, generating over £2m+ in turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Oxfordshire office
- Drive continued growth and performance, both financially and in headcount
- Represent the Oxfordshire office at board level and contribute to company-wide decisions
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and consultants
- Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality MEP and sustainability solutions
- Collaborate with the London office and wider leadership team to align with business objectives
