A well-established UK building services consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP BIM Coordinator to join its London office. Based near London Bridge, the role offers hybrid working and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team within a business that operates across six offices in the UK.
The successful candidate will be an experienced MEP BIM professional, confident coordinating BIM processes across multi-disciplinary design teams and supporting the delivery of high-quality building services solutions.
The Role
- Coordinate MEP BIM models across all project stages
- Manage and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and protocols
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and external consultants
- Carry out clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution
- Support project teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM delivery
