An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Regional Director of Project Management to lead and expand a highly respected consultancy's presence across the North (Manchester & Leeds). This is a strategic leadership role with a strong commercial focus, ideal for an ambitious senior professional looking to shape a growing regional service line.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of the Project Management service line across Manchester and Leeds, driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing service delivery. Working closely with the Manchester Senior Director and the UK & Ireland Head of Project Management, you will play a pivotal role in both regional leadership and national collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining business development, team leadership, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Project Management offering across the Northern region
  • Drive business development, securing work from both existing and new clients
  • Develop and implement the regional service line business plan
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery across multiple sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients
  • Champion best practice, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with wider service lines (Development, Built Asset, Engineering & Sustainability)
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team
  • Ensure consistency in quality, delivery standards, and commercial performance

Delivering projects across:

  • Industrial
  • Commercial Office
  • PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation)
  • Build-to-Rent

While leveraging these relationships, you will also bring your own client network to generate new revenue streams.
