Eden Brown Built Environment is looking for a passionate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing MEP Design & MEP BIM team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced, top-billing consultants and develop your expertise within a fast-growing technical market. About the Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and ongoing development to help you become an expert within the MEP BIM (Building Information Modelling) & Digital Engineering sectors. You'll support the team in sourcing top engineering and BIM talent, managing client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of a high-performing specialist desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage candidates within MEP Design and MEP BIM disciplines
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage job adverts, applications, and candidate pipelines
- Conduct candidate interviews and gather compliance documentation
- Support senior consultants with client delivery and account management
- Learn and apply recruitment best practices, sales techniques, and market knowledge
- Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
- Work towards weekly and monthly activity and billing targets
- Represent the Eden Brown brand professionally within the built environment sector
