Business development: Identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with companies looking to hire.
Candidate sourcing: Finding, engaging and interviewing talented professionals for specialist roles.
Managing the recruitment process: Guiding candidates and clients from the initial conversation through to successful placement.
Learning your market: Developing specialist knowledge of the construction, engineering and digital design industries.
Achieving targets: Working towards individual and team goals while being rewarded for your success.
