A well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor based in Canary Wharf is seeking an experienced Senior MEP BIM Coordinator to join their growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven BIM professional to work on high-profile projects within a modern, collaborative office environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead MEP BIM coordination across multiple projects
- Manage and coordinate federated models using industry-standard software
- Run and review clash detection processes and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure BIM standards, workflows, and protocols are maintained
- Support project teams from design through to construction and handover
- Mentor and support junior BIM staff where required

Requirements
- Proven experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator (senior level preferred)
- Strong knowledge of BIM processes, standards, and coordination workflows

- Ability to work full-time from the Canary Wharf office
