A leading M&E building services contractor is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join their team in the City of London. This role would be particularly well suited to someone from a contractor background, rather than a consultancy, with strong experience delivering MEP coordination through Stage 4a, 4b, 4c and Stage 5.

You will be responsible for coordinating mechanical and electrical services, working closely with design, project and site teams to ensure projects are fully coordinated and delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead MEP BIM coordination across projects.
  • Coordinate mechanical and electrical services using Revit and Navisworks.
  • Manage clash detection and resolution.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers and site teams.
  • Attend and lead coordination meetings.
  • Review designs and identify potential issues before they reach site.
  • Ensure BIM models and drawings are fully coordinated and up to date.
  • Support the delivery of projects through Stage 4a, 4b, 4c and Stage 5.

About You

  • Strong experience as an MEP BIM Coordinator / Senior BIM Coordinator.
  • Extensive experience working on Stage 4a, 4b, 4c and Stage 5 projects.
  • Previous experience within an MEP/building services contractor is highly preferred.
  • Strong Revit MEP and Navisworks skills.
  • Excellent understanding of MEP building services and London office coordination.
  • Confident working with project, design and site teams.
  • Hands-on, organised and able to take ownership of BIM coordination.
