About you:
- Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) or Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT).
- Strong Revit skills and proven experience leading retrofit projects.
- Confident navigating PAS2035, Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and higher-risk buildings.
- Experience in social housing or public sector projects - you know the challenges and how to solve them.
- Naturally collaborative, you thrive in multi-disciplinary teams and can mentor others.
Desirable but not essential points:
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management.
- Multi-disciplinary consultancy experience.
