We are seeking a commercially driven Pre-Construction Manager to join a specialist Small Works division delivering fast-paced D&B fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Projects typically range from 50k-500k, requiring someone confident working across multiple schemes simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of the full pre-construction process from enquiry through to project handover.
- Price projects from scratch, building costs using subcontractor and supplier input.
- Develop cost plans, programmes and tender submissions.
- Work closely with internal design and technical teams to ensure buildability.
- Engage with subcontractors to secure competitive rates and manage the supply chain.
- Carry out value engineering and commercial reviews.
- Present proposals, costs and programmes to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple small works projects simultaneously.
- Support smooth handover to delivery teams.
