BIM Specialist - Model Management London | Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days WFH £35,000 - £45,000 DOE A leading engineering consultancy is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their London team. This is a hands-on role focused on Revit MEP, model management and BIM coordination across building services projects. The Role Manage and maintain Revit MEP models. Carry out model reviews, clash detection and coordination. Monitor model health and ensure high-quality deliverables. Manage linked models and project information. Support BEPs, CDE and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) activities. Work closely with engineers and project teams to resolve coordination issues. Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and digital tools. About You Strong experience using Revit MEP. Previous experience within building services / MEP. Good understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection and model management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ACC, BIM standards or ISO 19650 is beneficial. Experience with Python, pyRevit or Revit automation is advantageous but not essential.This is a great opportunity for a BIM Specialist / BIM Coordinator looking to develop further within model management, coordination and digital delivery.
