We're working with a well-established Building Services Engineering Consultancy that is looking to add a talented Revit Technician to their growing team. The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality MEP and sustainable engineering solutions across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, retail and hospitality. This is a great opportunity for a Revit Technician looking to work on a varied project portfolio while developing their technical and BIM skills within a collaborative engineering environment.
The Role
- Produce detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit
- Work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to develop coordinated designs
- Produce accurate drawings and detailed design information
- Assist with BIM coordination and clash detection
- Work with project teams to ensure models and drawings meet project requirements
- Update and maintain Revit models throughout the design process
- Support the delivery of projects from concept through to detailed design and construction
- Liaise with engineers and other disciplines to ensure effective coordination
About You
- Previous experience working as a Revit Technician within Building Services / MEP
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Experience producing MEP models and technical drawings
- Understanding of BIM processes and coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and wider project teams
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Experience within a consultancy environment would be advantageous
