We are looking to appoint an experienced MEP BIM Lead / Manager to support the delivery of an expanding portfolio of residential, commercial, and high‑end bespoke projects.

Location: London

Requirements:

  • Hands‑on modeling capability
  • Collaborate with outsource companies
  • Experience in reviewing and coordinating models
  • Strong MEP background with Stage 4 and 4b experience
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management
  • Strong experience mentoring and training engineers on quality standards
