This is an opportunity to join a fast–growing London office that\’s already made a serious mark. In just 18 months, the team has grown to 16 people, creating a close–knit, ambitious environment where everyone genuinely matters.

They\’re looking for an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer who wants more than just a job title – someone who wants real influence, greater responsibility, and the chance to help shape how projects are delivered from day one.

You\’ll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from early concept and client engagement through to delivery and handover – with visibility and ownership that\’s hard to find in larger, more rigid consultancies.

Large–scale residential and mixed–use schemes

Education and life–sciences buildings

Complex refurbishments and retrofit projects

Sustainability–led and low‐carbon design work
