A specialist engineering group is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of its Building Services and Infrastructure Consultancies.

With an established reputation for delivering technically complex engineering projects across the built environment, the business already works with many of the UK’s leading developers, contractors, consultants and public sector organisations. They're now looking for someone who can build on those relationships, identify new opportunities and help drive the next phase of growth.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic, client-facing role where you'll work closely with Directors and senior stakeholders to develop new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships and support work-winning activities. You'll be representing a business with genuine technical credibility and a strong reputation in the market, giving you the platform to develop long-term partnerships rather than simply chasing leads.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role
  • A strong track record of winning work and developing client relationships
  • Excellent communication, networking and presentation skills
  • Experience within building services, engineering, construction or the wider built environment
