Role Overview

They are seeking an experienced Associate Interior Designer to join the growing Interiors team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished designer who enjoys leading projects, building strong client relationships and taking greater ownership of project delivery and team development.

Working alongside senior leadership, you will help manage client relationships and deliver outstanding workplace, hospitality and commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple interior design projects from concept through to completion.
  • Build trusted client relationships and lead design presentations.
  • Coordinate design teams, consultants and project stakeholders.
  • Oversee design development, technical delivery, programmes, resources and quality.
  • Manage commercial performance, including fees and project profitability.
  • Contribute to bids, pitches, client presentations and business development.
  • Support studio leadership, recruitment and the continued growth of the Interiors portfolio.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team.

About You

You will be an experienced Interior Designer looking to take the next step into a senior and influential position.

You will ideally have

  • Significant experience delivering commercial interior fit-out projects, ideally across workplace, hospitality or high-quality commercial interiors.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative design ability and successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations.
  • Commercial awareness, with an understanding of fees, programmes, resources and project profitability.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
  • A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering thoughtful, high-quality design.
  • Experience using Revit is highly desirable.
