Junior Pre-Construction Manager Location: London Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits A highly regarded design and build specialist, delivering premium workplace, commercial and corporate interior fit-out projects across London and the South East, is seeking an ambitious Junior Pre-Construction Manager to join its growing team. Working on projects ranging from £500k to £20m+, this role offers the opportunity to be involved in the full pre-construction lifecycle, supporting the successful conversion of opportunities into live projects and gaining exposure to some of the UK's most prestigious workplace environments. The Role Reporting to senior members of the Pre-Construction team, you will assist in managing multiple tenders and negotiated opportunities from initial enquiry through to project handover. You will work closely with estimating, commercial, design, planning and operational teams, helping to coordinate technical information, engage with subcontractors and contribute to successful bid submissions. This position would suit an individual with some experience within the fit-out, construction, design and build or wider built environment sector who is looking to progress their career within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
