Great job with a lovely studio for an Interior Designer with a strong background in FF&E design/procurement. Our client is a boutique design studio focusing on luxury residential projects for HNWIs. Projects vary in scale, scope and budget but all are typified by cutting-edge creativity, innovative design and an exacting eye for detail. Most projects are in the UK / London and, with a high turnover of schemes, there is always variety in terms of the workload. The future pipeline of projects is really strong too so they need an Interior Designer to join the team with a similar professional experience profile - someone creative, versatile, proactive and keen to grow their career in an expanding business.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience working within a luxury interior design studio (+5 years)
- Strong procurement skills (ideally using Estimac)
- Excellent FF&E project management, with confidence liaising with suppliers and clients
- Strong FF&E design capability, including fabric schemes, mood boards, and rendered elevations
- Efficient, fast-paced worker with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident working on Mac OS
- Highly presentable, with a professional and polished attitude
- AutoCAD proficiency
- Ability to work in the studio a minimum of 4 days per week / 1 day working from home
- Established supplier knowledge relevant to the sector
In addition to working on beautiful schemes, you will have the chance to work both autonomously on smaller projects as well directly alongside the Creative Director on larger ones. This is a fantastic opportunity for a designer who wants to be busy, take on responsibility and grow their career in a friendly and creative environment.
