Are you in search of a temporary yet fulfilling role? Look no further! We are thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in Windsor and Maidenhead who are looking to appoint a Housing Allocations Officer for 3 months ongoing, at the rate of £19.07 per hour PAYE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assess applications in line with the organisation's Allocations Policy.
  • Making direct nominations to households on the Housing Register.
  • Ensuring that they are in line with the Allocations Policy.
  • An understanding of homelessness legislation.
  • To provide advice and seek solutions to customers around their housing situation.
  • To deliver an effective and efficient Housing Allocations service in order to meet the organisation's responsibility to deliver its statutory functions.
