Job Responsibilities:
- To assess applications in line with the organisation's Allocations Policy.
- Making direct nominations to households on the Housing Register.
- Ensuring that they are in line with the Allocations Policy.
- An understanding of homelessness legislation.
- To provide advice and seek solutions to customers around their housing situation.
- To deliver an effective and efficient Housing Allocations service in order to meet the organisation's responsibility to deliver its statutory functions.
