An established architectural practice in Oxfordshire is looking for an experienced Architect to join their team, working on fast-paced and technically challenging healthcare projects, predominantly within existing buildings.
This role would suit an Architect who is confident working independently, has strong technical skills and enjoys being involved from concept through to completion.
What We're Looking For
- 3-10 years' UK architectural experience
- ARB registered Architect / Part III
- Strong Revit and NBS Create skills
- Experience across RIBA Stages 4-5
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Experience with refurbishment and/or fit-out projects
- Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills
- Experience coordinating with contractors on site and liaising with planning authorities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
- A genuine interest in the healthcare sector
The projects are complex and fast-moving, so a strong understanding of technical compliance, detailing and construction is essential.
