About the Role

This pivotal role focuses on driving continuous improvement in social care practice. As Head of Quality Assurance, you will:

  • Oversee child protection chairs and independent reviewing services.

  • Lead our impressive Social Work Academy.

  • Advance our quality assurance framework to monitor and enhance performance.

  • Manage our outstanding participation team and GSCP business unit.

  • Report directly to the Service Director and deliver a culture of high-quality practice for better outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.

You’ll join a supportive senior leadership team and work alongside a talented group of service managers within the Quality Assurance remit., * Embed relational practice and systemic approaches in service delivery.

  • Lead the implementation of the children’s services quality assurance framework.

  • Inspire and guide a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
