About the Role
This pivotal role focuses on driving continuous improvement in social care practice. As Head of Quality Assurance, you will:

Oversee child protection chairs and independent reviewing services.

Lead our impressive Social Work Academy.

Advance our quality assurance framework to monitor and enhance performance.

Manage our outstanding participation team and GSCP business unit.

Report directly to the Service Director and deliver a culture of high-quality practice for better outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
You’ll join a supportive senior leadership team and work alongside a talented group of service managers within the Quality Assurance remit., * Embed relational practice and systemic approaches in service delivery.

Lead the implementation of the children’s services quality assurance framework.
