Role Overview
You'll work across digital, print, motion, and UX design, producing visually engaging and user-friendly content that aligns with the company's identity and enhances the client experience. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys variety, creativity, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Graphic Design
- Create graphics, layouts, infographics, and visual assets for RFP responses, credentials, and project documents
- Produce both static and animated content depending on presentation needs
- Motion Design
- Transform static content into dynamic visuals using animation, video, and interactive elements
- Use Adobe Creative Suite and other animation/web tools to elevate presentations
- UX Design
- Ensure digital products are intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly
- Contribute to the structure, flow, and usability of interactive content
- Print-Based Graphic Design
- Design artwork for printed materials including brochures, posters, boards, books, and flyers
- Produce large-format graphics such as wayfinding, manifestations, hoardings, and environmental branding
- Work within budgets and liaise with external print vendors to ensure high-quality production
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in graphic, motion, or UX design within a professional environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, motion design tools, web design platforms, and UX tools
- Creative, innovative mindset with the ability to push boundaries
- Excellent attention to detail in both design and written content
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, especially for client-facing materials
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
