Our client, a large public sector provider, is looking for a General Practice Surveyor. Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.

£302.48 PAYE | £400 Umbrella

Hybrid working - 1 day per week in the office minimum.

  • Experience working with a local authority and knowledge of processes - able to hit the ground running.
  • Qualified MRICS or equivalent - knowledgeable about property management, L&T, valuation and general all-round property experience.
  • Can be relied on to take cases forward acting independently and proactively to achieve objectives.
  • Good negotiator.
  • Team player.
